This Privacy Policy describes how UAB Laimo LT handles information in connection with D2C Product Testing OS, an internal product and market research system that uses the Google Ads API.
1. Who we are
D2C Product Testing OS is operated by UAB Laimo LT, Lithuania.
The system is intended solely for authorized internal users supporting product research, market analysis and advertising planning activities.
2. Google account and Google Ads data
D2C Product Testing OS uses OAuth 2.0 authentication to access Google Ads API functionality authorized by the relevant Google account.
Depending on the authorized Google Ads account and the research request, the system may access information including:
- Google Ads account context and configuration information;
- keyword ideas and keyword planning information;
- historical search-volume planning metrics;
- advertising competition indicators;
- top-of-page bid ranges;
- geographic and language targeting information.
3. How the information is used
Information obtained through the Google Ads API is used for internal product and market demand research, opportunity evaluation and Google Ads campaign planning.
The current version of D2C Product Testing OS uses Google Ads API functionality on a read-only basis and does not create, modify, pause, enable or delete campaigns or Google Ads account objects.
4. Internal systems and storage
Research outputs may be processed and stored in internal systems, including internal databases and Airtable interfaces used by authorized UAB Laimo LT personnel.
OAuth credentials and API credentials are stored in protected local configuration and are excluded from source control.
5. Data sharing and sale
Google Ads API data obtained through D2C Product Testing OS is not sold, syndicated or redistributed to customers, partners or the general public.
Access to the tool and its research outputs is limited to authorized internal users and service providers acting on behalf of UAB Laimo LT where necessary for operation of the system.
6. Data retention and access
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for internal research, planning, operational or legal purposes.
Google account authorization may be revoked through the relevant Google Account security and permissions settings.
7. Security
UAB Laimo LT applies reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect credentials and internally stored information against unauthorized access, disclosure or misuse.
8. Google API Services User Data Policy
D2C Product Testing OS's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
9. Changes to this policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated when the functionality, regulatory requirements or data-processing practices of D2C Product Testing OS change.
